Help restock the Mobile Market truck at Network to prepare for the next distribution. This opportunity includes heavy lifting (15lbs+), standing, and moving to and from the warehouse to the truck outside.

Please report to Roberto or Ray in the Food Market to learn how to stock the truck.

Mobile Market Volunteer Manual

Help out Seniors' Net by packing the grocery deliveries for drivers to be able to pick up. These deliveries go to home-bound senior Neighbors. Grocery order deliveries consists of slips of paper with specifics of what to put/not put in the grocery order for the Neighbor. This is located in the Warehouse of Network.

Volunteers will go to the back of the building and park near the warehouse doors. Volunteers will then pack up and weigh out the delivery and bring the bags to your car. Once you arrive to the neighbor's home bring the bags and knock or ring the doorbell. If neighbor does not answer, please leave delivery in front of door. Help us supervise of our neighbor's children while their parents participate in Parent Cafe. Parent Cafe is an opportunity for parents/guardians to build community and a safe space to talk about difficult topics. Our volunteers help with ensuring that child supervision is not a barrier for neighbors to participate. Network provides snacks and entertainment for the kids.

Assist in Network's Food Market beginning of year inventory by counting the items on the shelves and in the warehouse with the Food Programs Manager. The more people who sign up, the easier the process will go and the quicker we will finish!!

Senior Day volunteers will help serve food, keep our Neighbors company, and assist with the games or entertainment for that day.
